Tried to drive into the side of me, when I slowed and honked, started making gestures. Then I stopped at the red light, drive around me and PARKED in the middle of the road.

This individual backed into my vehicle at Kohl's in the Hamilton Market Place. Luckily a family caught it on camera and waited for me to come out. I intend to pass it to the NJSP.

I spoke briefly with the driver when she emerged from the car. She was fully aware she was parking illegally.
