This man has no license, The car is not his car and has no insurance. Dives like maniac hit my car in the back in the highway while I was going 60 MPH. After that he hit another car half an hour later. he claims the car has break problem and is not his car. On Saturday 8/11/18

Went around me on the LEFT SIDE as I was making a left turn into my driveway. I live on a highway, where the speed limit is 55. I was almost t boned by this guy in a white Buick.
