Observed the driver of this pickup truck throw a lighted cigarette out of their window in Provo Canyon 11PM on 12 August 2018. That is a very stupid and irresponsible thing to do. It's people like this who cause some of the wildfires we have burning throughout the west.

Horrible driver! Runs red lights, assaults other drivers, drives erratically. Incredibly rude. This plate was on a silver Prius and the person driving was a man with dark hair. If you see this avoid him at all costs. He's either drunk or insane.

Woman with strong accent claimed her existing side body damage to vehicle was caused by random person who parked next to her. Appeared very agitated, threatening, unstable. Possible insurance fraudster, opportunist, or scammer. Or perhaps just a mental case who ate lead paint. No clue. Def off-balance.

Ran a stop sign and would've t-boned me if I hadn't seen him and swerved out of the way. Appears to be some sort of construction worker at NCSU.

Whoever is driving this vehicle is also stealing cable in the community of Hopkins Park. This individual is a thief so watch for this driver.
