This driver went through 2 red lights in rush hour traffic on Washington Ave in downtown Minneapolis. One time he drove into the bike lane erratically to pass the car in front of him.

white guy / 6'-0 / 180# older model american truck with camper filled to brim with crap . was in my driveway "looking for someone" for some friends?? didnt even know the name of the person hes looking for and i could tell he was making up his story as he went along. casing the nieghborhood with some local wahine.

Same car, same driver with 2 other guys parked on O”Keefe today looked like they were up to no good. When we confronted them he sped off down the street.
