Absolute horrible driver. Hyundai Elantra with Uber sticker goes in and out of the carpool lane illegally, absolutely has no respect for others as he dangerously cuts off anyone and everyone.
Uber needs to punish and ban this driver who puts others at risk (including the Uber passenger) just for some minimal time savings.

Driving way too fast in a neighborhood with a school and claimed to be an "officer" when asked to "please slow down." I don't believe it....
