This driver was going 20 under the speed limit and then we got on a stretch of road that was 2 lanes so I go to pass him and he swerved into my lane almost running me off of the road.

They blocked me from entering the highway when I was in the on ramp, then tried to run me off the road. Also threw a bottle at me while on the highway. I have video of them cursing me out and giving me the finger.

Older driver has been seen following the car in front without coming to a complete stop at stop sign. Oncoming car (waiting to make left turn) had to wait.
