CRAZY DRIVER - speeds waaayyyy over the the speed limit and the driver and passenger both while the car was moving hopped out ran away then tried running back in while the car nearly went into someone’s driveway and car hit some trash cans.

On the interstate, driving behind a large truck, speeding up to 90 mph+ to pass said truck, then moving into the passing lane when there was NO ROOM with multiple other vehicles already in the passing lane. Then after they passed the truck, slowing down to 5 mph UNDER the speed limit. This occurred several times in about 20-30 minutes. At least 3 times an accident nearly occurred. Um, so are you in a mad rush or not?
