Riding behind this guy right now down a 2 miles stretch on Lampson, he didn't even come to a complete stop yet, no one can time the green lights this good.

Noticed this JERK A*S H*LE in herndon on old ox road. While on road on my right side lane, was making kissing expressions and shown middle finger to me. Took picture of his car. To my surprise as per Loudoun sheriffs office its not a criminal conduct.
