I was parked; they backed into me left a large hole in my car and sped off. I was honking as they were backing up and as they drove off. The driver lied about not hearing me honk and the police didn’t write them up for a hit and run. careless and dishonest driver

The driver of the red MD Hyundai Avante / Elantra was tailgating me while I was entering the on-ramp on SB I-5. The driver was going 90+mph, cutting me of and other drivers as well. The driver also forced a driver of a navy blue Mercedes-Benz and another driver of a white Lexus almost out of their lane. The driver of the Elantra also tailgated a few other drivers as well. Unfortunately, no black box footage, just a picture.

Watch out for this vehicle.
They parked at a light, got out, and screamed at the car that was behind them for following too closely, saying that it was putting their kids in danger.
This went one while the light changed twice.
The car behind them went around.
We honked to try to get them going, then both people came out at our car, screaming that they had kids in the car and we shouldn’t have a problem with them.
Their behavior was hostile, threatening, and escalated quickly.
Not only were they setting a terrible example for their kids, they were putting them in danger by parking at a light in moving traffic.
Not to mention putting themselves and other drivers in danger by walking around in the middle of the street with traffic going by.
This happened in Escondido at the intersection of 78 and Bear Valley Pkwy a little after 9pm.
Watch out for this vehicle.

I was driving south on I-95 in SC when this driver moved from the right lane (an entrance ramp from I-26) all the way to the left lane that I was in. I was forced off the road to keep from hitting him, then lost control when trying to re-enter the road and ended up going across all lanes of traffic before finally regaining control. The driver didn't stop to see if I was okay or to apologize.
