Laid on the horn because I stopped for a pedestrian. As traffic started to move, he just merged into my car and took off through the city. Had I not braked, he would have hit me.

This driver cut me off on I94 near Ann Arbor MI, swerved in and out of traffic, drove over 80 miles an hour... just to get to a Kroger. Mobile hazard, beware!

Offense: Speeding through residential areas with total disregard for stop signs. Total disregard as in blowing through them at 40-50 mph, one after the next!
