This truck (with no muffler) flies down San Fernando Valley streets at high speeds, cutting off drivers, merging without signals, has a rear tail-light burned out, and is very dangerous to all vehicles and pedestrians he is near.

This is one of those scummy people that will get into the left-turn lane and jump the intersection at the green to leap ahead of about 7 others that are waiting in line. Commerce/ Bell Gardens.
