Driving with NY plates in CA which is illegal. Swerves into lanes without signaling and nearly causes accident. Black GMC SUV in Carmel Valley, San Diego. Driver looks like they are on drugs. Angry and violent when told about near accident. Be afraid for your life.

Watch out for this driver! Continually provoked me, young driver. Had the right way to turn, she was miles ahead of me, then began to throw her hands up me furiously for a while. I then proceeded to try to calm her down by waving and showing respect, but continually got angry. It must have been a bad day for her, or she has an alterior motive. Driver should learn to be civil on the road.
