Unable to maintain a consistent speed on the Pennsylvania turnpike from Rt 222 westbound for the last 100 miles, ghosting, speeding up, slowing down, braking when passing cars, stays in the left lane and on the phone in hand the entire time.

Driver ran a stop sign, hit me in a cross walk, and when I pointed to the sign showing pedestrians have the right of way, got out of the car and physically puahed me. Filed police report.
