Traveling SB I-5 on 11-11-17 near the Bow Hill truck scales (MP 233) at 70 mph, the car in question horned itself the gap between two cars, throwing up a rock that caused a chip on my brand new windshield. Note that there was NOT a car behind me, so changing lanes that very second be wasn't necessary!

This person was on his phone on I66 west, holding up traffic, almost ran a van with kids in the car off the road in the process, then got mad at the van because and gave them the middle finger..

This driver cut over two lanes of traffic to try and cut me off to get into a turning lane. When I wouldn't let him over he came very close to hitting my car and then got over behind me. He proceeded to follow me flashing a police badge and laughing. Another jerk of a cop who thinks rules don't apply to him. This car was a black Chevy equinox.

WHY DO YOU DRIVE WITH YOUR TAILGATE OPEN? You had a full tailgate with stuff sticking out. Can't you put it in the backseat? Wow!
