New Albany Black Mercedes. Jumped line at Starbucks driive thru. This Idoit Lady kept turning her car off and on. Also drove away like a maniac.

I was crossing the street at 6:32pm. There's a stop sign and this driver slowed down but never stopped and hit my dog and almost hit me. Obviously he has no respect for driving laws and should be taken off of the road asap. I screamed and made him stop and told him he should respect stop signs. He showed no remorse.
