This 20 year old jerk drives down the shoulder in traffic, cuts people off then gets out of his car and wants to start a fight.
He lives in South San Francisco or Millbrae, so keep an eye out. Beware, Bay Area drivers!

Driver merges lane unsafely and hits my car. I ask her why she entered my lane without waiting for safe entry... her response “I turned on my signal light. You’re suppose to let me in” I told her “that’s not how it works”
She then asked if I had insurance and then called 911. City police came and highway cause jurisdiction wasn’t clear. They arrived and collected our information and swapped it for us.
She goes at tells my insurance company and hers that SHE was the one who was in her lane and I was the one who made the unsafe lane merge.
Her lies got her out of her responsibilities and both cars were damaged as a result.
Beware the Light Blue Honda CR-V in Bay Area California!!
