This person passed two cars at a time using a turning lane (where passing is prohibited). Both cars that he passed were going the speed limit. It nearly caused an accident with oncoming traffic. Stay away from this terrible driver.
Makes reckless manuevers and has poor planning skills. Rather than doubling back or making a u-turn, this driver would rather cut across multiple lanes to get to the turn lane.
