Bald Caucasian male driving in reverse for about 40 yards before he nearly hit a car waiting to park. Then he came out ranting blaming the the driver of the car which was stopped and waiting to park in a handicapped space. He then confronted the driver as to where her disabled plaquard was and she put it up. He must have been on drugs and nearly caused a serious accident by driving in reverse

This person drove full speed to cut off another car in a really dangerous way. I wasn't surprised to see them go through the intersection at a later light despite not having room. I WAS surprised to see them backing up in very busy traffic to yet again hop lanes. Seriously girl, just be happy with where you are. You are going to kill yourself or someone else with this driving.

7/24/17 on west of 670 this driver drove very reckless. Speeding and cutting from lane to lane.

Jerk driver. Stopped car at stop sign and just sat there for a minute while looking at her phone. I waited patiently at first but then raised my hands to express exasperation. She turned around and flipped me off before speeding away.
