The driver of this vehicle sped blindly into me as I was attempting to lane change on IH 45. I checked my mirrors, and he wasn't there, but just as I was making my lane change, he appeared suddenly and nearly sideswipped my car, forcing me to give chase. I intend to press criminal charges.

Man picking up drugs at 12:40 pm on 7/1/17 at beverage center on altamont Ave in Rotterdam NY. He usually comes in a blue pickup truck (hdj1940) but came in a red and grey dodge pickup (hnx9178). The man is very rude, arrogant and has a filthy mouth.
