Silver Toyota Highlander, Diehl license plate holder. Completely ran the red light in Prospect,PA. He was driving south coming from 422 and I was driving East on 488. I saw out of the corner of my eye that he was not stopping, slammed on my breaks and veered to the right and he steered around my car and sped off down 528 heading towards Evans City, PA. Never stopped to see if I was ok or anything. Followed them long enough to get this picture.

This guy is insane! He threatens a motorcyclist (such as myself) saying he's going to "put you to sleep" then calls the cops because the biker is "instigating a fight", and then, on video, accuses the biker of assault? Be on the lookout for this crazy
