05/13/2017 06:53am, I was traveling 63 in a 55 when came a quick behind me and flew by me like I was standing still, had to be going 80 or better, pushing me over tp shoulder as didnt completely utilize passing lane!!!

Been known to steal money, prostitute herself for money and impersonate a police officer. You may encounter this very bad young lady in the Arlington VT area. Be on the lookout, she tends to have anger issues and is paranoid. Has recently been suspended from an area college. Is on Sec.8 housing yet drives a next to next Kia Sportage. Has been thrown out of Schenectady NY and recently moved out of Altamont NY before being evicted. Beware of Neysa E.Ribeca in her 2015 White Kia Sportage., Plate number GXF 196.

Lady is incredibly rude. Almost hit someone at a 5k in bernheim forest. Was trying to kee other cars from getting out at stop signs. Does not wait for other cars to be able to get in. Even if the other car has right of way. Went through 3 stop signs. Hardin Co. plate
