Always doing 100mph - 130mph cutting people off on the freeway. Every time I see this car its doing this and that has been around 4 to 5 times. This person is going to kill someone.

6:40pm. On 4.7.17
Driving on LI expressway , driver flashed police lights for few seconds and slowed down in fast traffic. Turned off lights and does up to car infront of them. Driver wore dark suit and dark sunglasses.

Was switching lanes WITH my signal on and enough room to do so safely, this man speeds up and swipes the side of my car. Almost took my mirror off in the process.
Luckily we were in heavy traffic so I was able to get his information down and report it to the police as a hit and run and dangerous/aggressive driving.
Waiting now for a follow up call from the station so I can send in the pictures I took.

Might or might not be him, Pretty sure the plate said California, but i saw him in mexico, cutting off people without signals erratic driving, speeding off when possible.
might be confused with the state. White BMW

Horrible driver almost hit three people in a pasting lot and cars to try and get to a smoothie king. Teaching her kids horrible driving techniques.

He is an awsome driver. He has never disturbered people. He was always respectful
