This guy doesn't know how to merge. He clipped my passenger mirror while driving in the emergency lane, backed off for a second and then had a moment of road rage and hit it with his hand as he passed me and several cars while still driving in the emergency lane.

This driver was behind a long line of cars going the speed limit (no higher because it was raining), continuously honking. They crossed a double yellow line to pass 2 cars, narrowly avoiding a collision and to no avail in terms of moving faster.

Parks in handicap spots without permit. Speeds through neighborhoods. Also has a Nissan sports car and is quite careless with that as well.

Gilbert Torres, owner of an orange Honda Civic Si and Reliable Carpet Services, cut me off while I was bicycling, accusing me of allegedly spitting on his car...but he didn't show me any spit on his car, because there was none! Crazy psycho...then he got out of his car and shoved me off my bike

This car has literally not moved from the Mt. Alvernia Church parking lot for almost 6 months. I'm assuming it's abandoned for some reason. If it's stolen, come to Wappingers Falls, NY to the Mt Alvernia Church and Friary.
