This guy was too busy on his cell phone to pay attention before cutting me off to get into a left-turn lane. Almost took my front end off. Then he opens his window and waves his phone at me as if that's an excuse. Stay away from this one.

Horrible driver! Running people off the road and driving on the freeway shoulder, just because the flow of traffic is too slow for them.
