This driver like many others goes around the island at H st on ramp/ off ramp on the 5 northbound in Chula Vista, illegally and dangerously using the intersection as a bypass lane. But they don't save any time doing this!
This person was messing with my wife on the road slowing down then speeding up. Then pulled over and called her a stupid c-word with my 2 young children in the car. Real classy lady.
Doesn't know how to signal when switching lanes and cutting people off. Will cut you off if you get stuck behind a Pontiac driver stopped in the middle of the street. Nice.
