This person rear-ended me at a light and then took off driving recklessly after telling me he'd pull over to exchange insurance info. Gave his plate and a nice picture of his car to the police!
This driver was riding people's bumpers, texting, swerving and then nearly hit me. The only reason he didn't was because I swerved and romped the median. He then showed absolutely zero concern or remorse when I met him at the next stop light to tell him I was reporting his license plate for almost hitting me.
Me: biking on a 25mph road, going uphill, 0450. This guy is behind me as three cars are coming in the opposing lane. Lays on the horn. I inconvenienced him for 20-30 seconds before I could move over or he could pass.
That was the most traffic I've seen riding that time of the morning.
