BLACK GMC YUKON ran into our lane last second. Then when I changed lanes again, he ran us into the guard rail. Very Dangerous rage filled driver.

Rolls during a red, doesn't notice a green until it's half over, goes twenty miles under the speed limit on 12 Mile.
