This driver will back into you at a stop light, and claim that you hit her. She will also claim she was seriously injured and even though she is alone, will claim she had passengers.

This guy rear ended my wife's brand new car. She asked for his information and insurance and he refused to give it to her, then took off. The car is a black Ford, that is a used government car with the spotlight mounted near the front driver side mirror, so not many like them. If anyone has any leads please post comments here. Plate is Minnesota 998 UMV.
