Beware!!! Older gentleman is an undercover police officer! If you see him in the area halt any illegal activity and take it else where. I am not joking. I and many other people can confirm seeing the driver talk with various police officers. Whether I'm right or wrong, it's not worth the risk.

They only thought they'd get away....my husband caught them @ his metal scrap yard, they hauled ass, but at least he got a pic. Handed it over to our local authorities and now we already know who and where they're from.
