Road Rage. Pushed me to drive faster than speed limit to off ramp. Slammed breaks in front of me on purpose with my children in the car. Then as I was on my block going home he slowed down and threw a clear beer bottle as violently as he could at me then turned on El Dorado. Big gray/silver truck. Horrible man. He had no reason for this. Just plain mean and hurtful person. Called 911.

Illegally passed two of us on the right shoulder on a two lane road. Flipped us off after. Couldn't hold vehicle in his lane. happened Dobbin TX area on 07/26/16 around 0900.

This driver side swiped a cyclist on Sunset Blvd and did not stop to check for injuries.
Upon catching up with the driver at the next red light, it appeared that the driver, a young male asian, was playing the Pokémon GO game on his smart phone while driving.
The car did not have a front license plate as required by law in the state of California.
Violations:
CVC s. 21760 Passing a cyclist within less than 3 feet.
CVC s. 20002 Misdemeanor Hit and Run
CVC s. 23123 Using a phone while driving.
CVC s. 5200 Not displaying front license plate issued by DMV
