Red Hyundai Elantra, seen driving erratically, northbound on York Rd near Lutherville, Timonium. Driver stopped suddenly multiple times, and slowed to around 10 mph in a 40 mph zone for no apparent reason whatsoever. I am unsure if the driver was driving under the influence of a substance or possibly impaired mentally or physically.

This woman is a danger to society. She drives like a maniac and then when others call her out on her lack of driving skills she tells them to pull over so that they can fight.

For reasons unknown, young adult female stuck body out passenger window and threw two dirty water bottles in attempt to hit passing cars on highway 75, bad aim. Drove next to car and passenger threw water bottle at driver side window.
