Speeding while changing lanes without turn signal. Near collision. Afterwards didn't slow down and instead made further high-speed lane changes without signaling.

This guy backed into my car exiting a parking spot. He was about to take off without stopping and when we confronted him, he went nuts screaming show me the damage. Crazy aggressive guy. Just needed to say sorry. His wife cowered in the car.

On 7/3/2016 at 4:52 pm on South Washington State Highway 3 in Bremerton, Washington. This vehicle had a strong smell of marijuana coming from it. It wasn't until we got away from it that the MMJ smell dissipated

The driver with this plate purposely drove to Goodwill at around 0150 hours and slowed down to what appeared to be in search of donations to take, because the driver did not drop off anything. I really do not believe the driver was spooked and decided to not drop off anything.

What a wonderful driver! Waved me on to the entrance ramp during rush hour.
