While drive down 20A between Hemlock and Bristol this dark SUV through 2 orange kittens out the window!!!! I sped up to get the plates before going back for the kittens but they had already ran off.

Went around the barrier to squeeze in the front of the drive-thru line, ahead of all the people who were already waiting in the correct lane.

At 11pm at night on Saturday, June 25, 2016... This person literally ran an us off of the road as we swerved as she was seconds from T-boning us on J. Clyde Morris Blvd., in Yorktown, VA!! She NEVER SLOWED DOWN!! She just sped off, without even checking to see if we were okay. Called her plates into both State and Local police! Asian female, short bowl haircut, glasses, burgundy Honda SUV
