This white male, early 40's exhibited some of the most blatantly unsafe and rude maneuvers I've seen in months. Continually cutting off other drivers forcing them to step on brakes. Seemingly looking for trouble. I hope he gets trouble. He was driving with the windows down. He's about 6' tall, pale skin, glasses, crook nose. Ugly male. Probably lives in North San Diego County. Corner of Hylan Blvd and Seaview Avenue in Staten Island. Driver made left turn while in the right hand lane. Almost caused an accident. Reckless!!

I don't know if this person was drunk, texting, or just stupid, but she is a danger to the world. She wouldn't let anyone change lanes, blocking them by going over 80 in a 65. She consistently drifted into other lanes. She ran stop signs and nearly hit an oncoming car while trying to make a right hand turn. If you see her, stay away!!!!

Probably a drug dealer .... sneaks around ... has been asked to leave my 15 year old daughter alone but refuses. Hangs around with a bald headed dude.
