On Wednesday, January 11 at or around 1:50 PM, a silver Lexus (license plate 9BPC863) blew by me like I was standing still on a road with a 40 mph speed limit. I was driving the speed limit of 40 mph. The silver Lexus appeared to be racing a blue VW Tiguan (license plate 9BGZ426), which passed me shortly after the Lexus. This incident occurred in the Arden Arcade community of Sacramento, California.
On Wednesday, January 11 at or around 1:50 PM, a silver Lexus (license plate 9BPC863) blew by me like I was standing still on a road with a 40 mph speed limit.
