Impatient. Swung out around me when I was letting a car out that had gotten stuck behind a bus. He/she almost hit that car and had to bump over the median to avoid a wreck. And all to get one car ahead in a 2 mile line of traffic.

Horrible driver, she almost side swiped me while using her phone and driving; plus her child was in the back seat. She also had the nerve to beep at me and give me the finger.
