I was on my way to work early in the morning when I noticed this old man's car being driven erratically. They were screeching tires, then turned left from the straight lane, cutting off the person in front of me as we were both turning left, and were speeding.

Agresive, left his car to force us to leave a parking spot when the parking lote was at it's 50% capacity or less

This driver got into the biggest car crash with 2 parked cars on 118th Street. He demolished his car, destroyed the cars that were parked and kept trying to drive to get away. He did not take blame for what he did. He just tried escaping and never called the cops.
