This man-child doesn't know how to drive. He threw a hissy fit by cutting in front of me after I used a turn signal and pulled in front of him a mile back. He almost ran me off the road in the process.

Drives extremely fast on the freeway, follows very close when catches up to someone. Passes on the shoulder at freeway speeds.

This person cut a driver off on a narrow road within a subdivision. We have "Please Slow Down" signs all over the neighborhood and he or she didn't care to respect that.
