Black Honda type car with lots of funny stuff on hood, tried to
enter our building by going in the exit door. I blocked him and got out, he finally drives off. I return 30 min later and the building engineer is telling the guy that he has to leave our garage. He does so without comment. Strange

Irate man driving 50mph through crowded parking lot...the stops dead in the middle of 3 lane traffic...does a u turn...this man is CRAZY.
