This man was backing into my person on porpoise to try and hit me after cursing at me and taking pictures of my car at my work place he was such a creeper and a viscous one at that. Then when he drove off he sped off. I normally don't wish bad on people but man does he have some Karma coming his way.

On 4/26/2016 at around 1:00 pm on Lund Ave at Cathie Ave, Port Orchard.
The driver of this vehicle pulled out onto Lund heading East straight into the left lane and would not speed up to the speed limit. When the driver turned left onto Hoover Ave, again the individual did not speed up so others may clear the intersection.
This driver of the Red Chrysler PT Cruiser needs to go back to Drivers Education.

Aggressive driver not letting anyone change lanes in front of him. Sped up to close the gap after seeing a turn signal even though there was plenty of space and traffic was moving 25mph.
