Scary psycho got out of his car and attacked my car passenger side with my 11 yr old daughter sitting there. Smashed my side mirror. Police say this is an invalid license plate. Beware!!!!

In the parking lot of QFC Port Orchard the driver of this vehicle just ran recklessly out in front of other traffic without looking or stopping.
This man stopped beside me in Springfield. He had a little girl in the back seat and had a beer in his hand. The vehicle is a black 2002 gmc envoy. He takes a lot of side streets.
Crawled along below the speed limit for 10 miles then accelerated and tried to run me off the road when I passed him. Followed me for many more miles. Scary!
