Dallas, Tx.Hispanic male, about 30-40 yrs old, Approximately 5'5"-5'7" ft. He was drunk driving and hit our car then acted like it was no big deal when we confronted him then later accused us of scratching his car when the mark was clearly already there.

Whoever you are, (referring to the owner of the liscense plate 17AL294), you need to pay attention to the road when you pull out into a major highway. Mot to mention you also need to stay in your lane because you almost my passenger side when you passed me.
