White female 18-25 texting and driving on Glenwood Avenue 3/4/16.Almost sideswiped us twice ,forcing us into the median,and proceeded to do the same to another car. Flipped us off when we blew the horn.

This guy was in downtown Minneapolis, MN March 9, 2016, 2:30 P.M. sitting at the exit of a paid parking ramp, taking cell phone photos of me in my vehicle. Driving a black Chevy Equinox.

This guy is dangerous. Tailgated me, tried to cut me off, then stopped aside of me at a red light, lowered his window and screamed at me until the light turned green. His poor female companion, in the passenger seat, looked mortified as she sat between him and me. And I honestly did nothing to set him off except that he had tried to pass me and couldn't (and I was in the right lane).

Driver seems to think he should keep everyone behind him. Opens window and waves you off when you get behind him. Has a child in backseat video tape you. White Tahoe, black driver, white child.
