This dude drives down the on ramp riding the center line at half the speed of smell, swerves to block you if you try scoot past, and gets mad at you when your stuck behind him and honk at him like it's your fault he's a duche

These guys tried to sell me drugs ( marijuana) . They also took the last parking place and then threw stuff at my car. Be aware these kids are drug dealers and pot heads.
