Reckless driving on the interstate. Driver was going well over 80MPH, flashing headlights at other drivers, and moving into the on-ramp/shoulder of the road to pass people.
If this is a newer model white Chevy, I saw a shoplifter get into the passenger side, then the driver took off. Tempe AZ intersection of McClintick and Baseline.
Very aggressive and dangerous driver. Attempted to pass other motorist via a turn lane on Northbound MoPac and ended up cutting him off to avoid orange traffic barrels. One of many incidents witnessed in a 15 minute span.
