VIN and description shows the same vehicle as in the video. I am not sure why they say that she may have changed plates and the can't find her. Seems pretty clear cut to me. Cameras may just be the savior of this democracy.
This asshat parks in a hadicap parking spot. When asked to move his car he became defensive and refused to leave then he escalated the situation by asaulting the individual who confronted him about parking in the handicapped spot with a tire. If you see this guy it is recomended to slash his tires as he has a lot of them in his backseat.

Complete and utter scum. Knowlingly parked in a handicapped spot and became violent when asked to move is car. Threw a tyre at the person who confronted him about his illegal action, which would be hilarious if the guy wasn't such a piece of trash.
He parked in a handicap space with no documentation, was hostile and aggressive to the person who raised the issue with him, and then assaulted them by throwing a turn at them. Bad driver, needs a lesson in human decency

He was caught parking in a handicap parking spot and not only that but once he was confronted about breaking the law, he then proceeded to assault the gentleman confronting him. Not only was it assault, it was assault with a deadly weapon with intent to injure. This guy premeditated on whether or not he should pull out his weapon of choice and assault this innocent gentleman with it. He purposefully planned to remove the weapon and use the weapon against the innocent person who was standing up for the law. His goal was not to get the guy away from him, no, his goal was to hurt the person who was confronting him. If this criminal doesn’t stand for the crimes he clearly committed with video evidence then he should be made into an honest man since he so badly wants to have access to their rights.
