Sits with his lights on and the motor running in the parking lot then drives away when you leave. It's a new form of Organized Stalking. Sometimes several cars will do it. Usually at least 2 or three. Will start taking photos.

If you are really being stalked photos will be meaningless, get security cameras. And if the reality you experience doesn't match the video go get mental help.
