So I found out the guys name is Hulio Hes not with law enforcement or with the fire department. I filed a report with CMPD hopefully they will catch this dum dum.

He had the right of way, you were behind and already engaged in the turn. "The bicyclist must be aware of the directions a moving vehicle is traveling when properly completing a left or right turn." Love the way the cyclist complains then cuts through traffic and then runs the red.
