He is Parking in the White Plains Bx, NY DOT Muni Meter w/o a permit! Because he's a Police Officer in the Westchester County of New Rochelle I'm told he's allowed to, but its not right when I paid for parking and come home to no parking space because his Dodge Ram 1500 Truck is parked in it! 2x's already I have to search for parking else where at 1, 2 o'clock am and pay for another parking lot! And he takes up two spaces, leaving 2 of us w/o parking. He's there every night! I should be reimbursed for paying at another parking lot!!
I was coming around a blind curve on forest road and saw this guy flipping his highbeams off and on very rapidly. He was honking his horn and when he saw me coming towards him in the opposite direction he just stopped in the middle of the road. He parked there flashing his highbeams and honking. I stopped to get out and see if something was wrong but he just ignored me and stared straight ahead; pretending I wasn't there. Eventually I gave up and left, and I saw him start driving away as soon as I passed him.
