Good Samaritan to catch this heartless act in action and be the voice for these dogs. Suspect turned herself in, but driver and rude passenger are just as heartless aiding in this act and should be charged as well. They should get some fine for bad behavior and lack of any compassion.

Car with an expired registration and a possibly fake police placard blocks my driveway. Cops do not deign to do anything. Vehicle had 4 summonses.

That's what the hot teens/ baggers are for. At least he didn't ditch it 3 blocks away like they do here in California, leaving their CalfFresh-begat sugar-drank containers on the grass for others to pick up while they board the bus.

This is a selfish person parking in a purple heart parking space and saying it doesn't matter. The probably park in handicap spots all the time too!!!
